Carlos Diaz-Albertini, DDS
Dr. Carlos Diaz-Albertini graduated in 1990 from Loyola University’s School of Dentistry in Maywood, Illinois. While there, he was awarded the Achievement Award in Prosthodontics, and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery. Upon graduating, Dr. Diaz-Albertini joined the the Naval Dental Corp., and served as a Lieutenant at the Marine Base in Camp Pendelton, California. He went on to complete his Endodontic training at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York. In 1995, Dr. Carlos Diaz-Albertini joined the endodontic practice of Contemporary Endodontics, in Palos Heights, Illinois.
Dr. Diaz-Albertini is an active member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, American Association of Endodontists, Illinois Association of Endodontists, and the Edgar D. Coolidge Endodontic Study Club. He has held the offices of Educational Program Chairman, Treasurer, Vice President and most recently, President of the Englewood Branch of the Chicago Dental Society. He joined the staff of Midwestern University in 2016, and instructed dental students at their College of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Carlos Diaz-Albertini currently resides in Mokena with his wife Lisa and enjoys traveling to visit his daughters Lauren and Alexis. In his free time, he enjoys cycling and reading.
